  3. I Am Really Glad I Found GFT!

    I am really glad I found GFT! The group training is challenging but really fun and I can’t believe how fast an hour goes by! Whether I am attending a group training session or a personal training session, I always feel like I’ve accomplished a lot when the hour is over. I was really nervous when I first joined but the trainers did a great job of making me feel comfortable from day one. Coming here has really made me step out of my comfort zone and its been a really positive experience. My personal trainer, Joe, is exceptionally knowledgeable and with his guidance, I have lost 40lbs and transformed my body beyond my expectations. He is an exceedingly hard-working expert in his field and I plan to be a client for years to come. Thank you so much Joe! I attend group training led by Raj and Matt and they are both great. They are always making sure you are doing things correctly so as to prevent injuries and get results. They are also quick to provide any modifications so that everyone can be productive during group training.

    Being 62 I never thought i could ever get the results that I have with GFT. I’ve lost 40 lbs and continue to lose weight using the programs and having the accountability that Joe creates. I’ve never been a work out person and would not feel comfortable in a gym setting. I have no idea what I would have done if I did not find GFT. Thank you! JoKnows

  5. I Have Never Been So Focused And Determined.

    So out of my comfort zone…but if you stay comfortable you won’t change.
    One year ago I started GFT and they helped me put the best nutrition in my body, stop making excuses and invest into myself. Created new habits, and made myself accountable! As a result I have said goodbye to 45 pounds and over 50 inches! I have never been so focused and determined.

  6. I love GFT!

    I love GFT! With the help of Joe, I have lost almost 100 pounds (in 6 months), went from full blown diabetic to a blood sugar level range not even considered prediabetic, lowered my blood pressure, and developed healthier eating and new exercising habits. Not only is Joe a great guy, he is very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition and really cares about his clients. The gym may be smaller and more personal but I wouldn’t have it any other way!
