Get Fit Together April - 2019 Fitness Schedule

This month we’re putting an emphasis on cardio and conditioning to help get our bodies ready for long bike rides, walks, runs, jogs, hikes, and a great Summer full of fitness.  You can look at the monthly schedule below.  Group exercises will be posted on-site during classes.

Mondays – Leg Day | PR (Personal Record) –  Squat
Morning Classes –  5am, 6a, 9a, | Evening Classes 5:30 pm, 7 pm

Tuesday – Upper | PR – Flat Bench
Morning Classes – 6a, | Evening Classes 5:00p, 6p

Wednesday – Legs/Upper | PR – 1 minute sit up challenge
Morning – 5a, 6a, 9a, | Evening Classes 5:30p, 7p

Thursday – Legs | PR – 1 minute squat rep challenge
Morning – 6a | Evening Classes 5:00 pm, 6p

Friday – Full Body | PR – Pull-up / assisted pull-up challenge
Morning – 5a, 6a, 9a, | Evening Classes 6:30 pm

Saturday – 9 am – Boxing
Sunday – 9 am Boot Camp w 1 minute tire flip challenge
